Craven Dunnill and Co, cross in circle design

Craven Dunnill and Co sandwich plastic clay encaustic tile with a design of a barbed cross within a circle within a square, red, white and blue inlaid in buff, 4" square, c1880. The inlay has shrunk badly and flaked away. This design was probably made to work at the corner of a matching border design.
