George Wooliscroft and Sons transfer printed and hand coloured dust-pressed tile with a Japonnaiserie design of a fan, a bamboo table and other motifs printed in brown with polychrome tinting on an off-white ground, 6" square, c1900. This tile is in identical style to a set produced by Sherwin and Cotton in the 1880s, and is probably plagiarised from that source.
