Martin Bros., Fulham and Southall, London
Martin Bros are best known for their ""grotesque"" pots often featuring lizards, snakes and other reptiles. These items were produced in salt-glazed stoneware at their pottery in Southall from the 1870s to the early 1900s. The brothers also produced a range of architectural ceramics including tiles, plaques and complete fireplaces all in salt-glazed stoneware.Your Exploration Trail
