George Swift Ltd., Liverpool

The company was first established as a tile merchant and tile and mosaic floor fixers in Liverpool in about 1888. Around 1900 George Swift opened his own factory and began production of relief moulded tiles in Art Nouveau style. By 1909 the company had folded.
