Derek Davis, Arundel, Sussex

Derek Davis was one of the co-founders of the Hillesden Community in Buckinghamshire. In 1955 he moved to Arundel and established his own small pottery working to commission creating hand painted, moulded and relief tiles in oxidised and reduced stonewares. He stopped tile production in 1994 to concentrate on painting in oils.
